Tastes

Our menu draws inspiration from the flavors that have shaped Ohio for centuries — from Indigenous roots to early Appalachian traditions and modern Midwestern creativity. A prime example: the pawpaw, a native Ohio fruit with a flavor somewhere between banana and mango. Once foraged by hand, now thoughtfully incorporated into dishes that pay tribute to the land’s original bounty.
